Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, I worked as a specialized medical professional serving my community for eight years before entering the Information Technology field. I now enjoy my career in networking and software development. Currently, I have earned several certificates to further my career and continue to study advance routing and switching topics using my own devices.

I believe that achieving goals requires Hard work and Practice, and meeting personal goals have to be paid for in effort. Beyond lectures and chapters, practice is the key to retention, and implementing technologies on my free time allow me to advance my profession.

I now practice IT because I have realized how reliant on digital services we are as a community. Services that enhance our ability to communicate and connect with one another. To me, communication is the most essential driver of daily life, and involves all matters. Our need to communicate is absolute, and is constantly evolving into a more complex interaction day by day, which is why maintaining a seamless connection for my community is my aspiration.

Working with analysts and engineers in a close group, I identify and resolve critical service halting issues on a daily basis, and learn how to recognize and prevent future errors from arising. I am always eager to learn about the next best development, and frequently explore how these technologies might integrate and improve existing networks.

Everyday is an achievement when I can improve the quality of my community's communication, or learn to more about my profession. I look forward to becoming a better engineer through my experiences and interactions with the people I meet everyday, and in applying myself to bettering the IT profession and my community.
